Extension release via npx @adobe/reactor-releaser -> No extension package was found

I am trying to release my extension via npx @61380/reactor-releaser

Getting the following message - does anyone know where to go to fix this? I am positive my project name matches.

No extension package was found on the server with the name <insert_name> and development availability.

Are you using the same private-key, tech-account-id, api-key and client-secret with both @61380/reactor-uploader and @61380/reactor-releaser ?
