Description - Exclusion rule in Segment builder

Why is this feature important to you - To achieve a use case such as below in a single segment:

I need an audience to be qualified for offer only if " product has been removed anytime & within 7 days the same product has not been purchased"

How would you like the feature to work - Allow exclusion rule in segment builder such that this works for a single segment.

Current Behaviour - Presently you need to create 2-3 segments to achieve this.
