Description - Right before user save and submit for segment creation, Add a tool tip to open pop up window (seeking user confirmation) if estimated segment size is greater than an internal threshold (eg - trigger pop up if estimated profile size is close to ~1B)

Why is this feature important to you - It offers control to avoid unintentional data latency issues introduced due to creation & processing of high load segment.

How would you like the feature to work - Trigger pop up seeking user confirmation to proceed with Segment creation
