Time and Scroll Event - Library not Building

Hi all,

I've tried using the Time and Scroll Event extension in Launch but every time I create a rule the library won't build. Even when leaving the rule at default values with no actions and with actions the library won't build.

 

Has anyone come across this problem too? Should I use the getPercentageViewed plugin instead?

Review the error message by hovering the mouse cursor over the error status icon. Maybe you forgot to include an extension that has been updated since last publishing...
