Self-Hosting: Path reference not updated until build is made

While iterating through the correct path reference with developers, it appears that the new path is not baked into the ZIP until a build is performed on the library

However, as soon as you save the self-hosting options, the "Web Install Instructions" download prompt for the ZIP file is presented. When downloading this before a build is performed, the previous path reference is retained. In this window, the new correct path is shown for the "Paste this code" reference, but it is not within the ZIP

This is an edge case, but hoping someone can confirm the same ?
