Publish to Dev on Rules, Data Elements, and Extensions Screen

After making edits to a Rule, Data Element, or Extension, I wish i could initiate a publish to a dev library from the Rules and Data Element screen, instead of having to switch to the Publishing screen and doing it from there. Maybe something like you check the Rules you want and then there is a “Publish to Dev” option that appears at the top? (next to Activate, Deactivate, Delete, and Copy)

    Can this feature request be brought up in Tuesday's Structured Meetings or in the following week's Office Hours?

    I think this would get more votes if people went through the process of changing one thing in a rule and then had to go through making a build and publishing it to dev...this is where the fast-path to dev is useful.
