Pardot form submission not firing rule for Adobe Analytics

We have configured a rule in Adobe Launch with an event = Core-Click and set it to a specific element using the CSS selector = #pardot-form > p.submit > input[type=submit]. There are no conditions added, however when testing and after hitting "submit" in the form it is not firing any events. We don't understand what could be the issue since this seems like a basic function of launch. 

Also the page where the form is located is firing other events such us page view.

The form is contained in an iframe in the website, and yes, the code was deployed.

Question, where are you using Pardot form? 

Did you build and deploy the launch code?
