Often time seeing double firing in Adobe debugger

I often time run into this issue of Adobe debugger showing double firing, but in the browser network call tab it only shows 1.

 

Which one should I trust? (Probably network call tab)  Is this a bug with Adobe debugger or something?

    Everyone seems to be having this issue since the latest debugger release.  No word from Adobe confirming the issue nor a notice of rolling back/fixing.
