My doubt is regarding to extensions. I have installed Adobe Analytics extension in one of my mobile property, but while building the rules i'm not able to see Adobe Analytics extension whereas Desktop property has the same.

Have you verified that you have the official Adobe Analytics extension installed? you should see it in the action configuration window like this
