Launch API Projects Disappeared and Privileges Not Working?

Myself and a co-worker both had our projects disappear from the Adobe Launch API.  They were there for a few weeks and magically disappeared? Additionally, I have Admin and Developer access but I can no longer create a new project because the functionality is not available to me? The "Create Project" is grayed out on the Experience Platform Launch API. Has anyone experienced anything like this and what was the cause, if you knew it?
