Launch API DoubleClick Floodlight Extension

Avatar

Level 2

I am working with the Launch API and I was wondering if there are any examples or documentation for the DoubleClick Floodlight extension? I am looking to automate generating Floodlights within rule actions but I can't find an example of the object and/or the extension ID that is necessary. I believe this would fall under the rule component portion of the API, but please correct me if I am wrong.

Since this extension wasn't developed by Adobe, I don't have any insider info for you. Fortunately, the Launch team has started to require extensions to post info on their extensions over on - https://exchange.adobe.com/

Hopefully we'll see some info from the developer there in an upcoming release.

The company that created that extension folded a couple years back, and the original developer (hello there!) won't be providing any updates. I recommend moving away from the traditional floodlight tag format and using gtag.js. Unfortunately, I don't believe Adobe's gtag extension supports any actions to send data, though.
