I use marketing tools outside of Adobe's Experience Cloud suite. How will they connect with Adobe Launch?

Eventually, all third-party vendors and agencies will have the opportunity to create extensions in Adobe Launch. Extensions can be used to do things like deploy code, extend capabilities, or fire marketing pixels. This means the level of integration will be up to the vendor or third-party that chooses to write an extension for that particular product or service.
