How to Disable Track State / Track Action calls in Adobe Launch

Hi All, I am trying to reduce Mobile App server call using Adobe Launch Rules capability. Is it possible to use the Launch rules to target specific trackState calls and restrict the beacons from triggering?

 

Looking forward to your help.

From what I know, it's not possible to cancel the beacon sent by the mobile SDK on the Launch side.
