gtag extension in Launch

Hello people,

I hope one of you will be able to help me.

I have a customer who wants to link its Launch to Google Analytics. He wants to send data in GA (and keep Adobe tracking) to better understand the attribution.

Regarding this need, I decided to use the gtag specifications withing Adobe Launch. I am struggling to use the 2 extensions in Launch.

I cannot save as build what I set up. I tried to disable the extension then re-enable it, uninstall, then re-install... nothing works. Does someone as ever succeeded in using gtag with Adobe Launch please?

Hi MaxenceGama,

Do you really need to add Gtag extension? You can try adding gtag specification to your website through custom code section of Rule in launch which will fire on all pages when they loads into browser.

You can also try https://medium.com/@ankitnagarsheth/implement-google-analytics-through-adobe-launch-edbc46162dd5

Thanks

Could you provide more details about what error/issue you experience? Are there any error messages displayed?
