Frame parameter in each analytics request

Hi,

We recently noticed that with each analytics request we view in the adobe experience platform debugger there is a frame parameter present. We never implemented this and the adobe service desk also couldn't help us with the following questions:

  • What is tracked with the frame variable?
    • the answer here was that adobe analytics doesn't use the frame variable.
  • How do these values of this variable land in adobe analytics?
  • Can we control the values of this variable?

We would like to make sure some query-parameters in the url of the page don't get into analytics, when certain query-parameters are present we would like to strip them before entering analytics.

We would like to be able to control this value or be aware of what it does/where it comes from.
