Error in griffon when trying to connect app

Could you please provide some context with this error, like the org ID and session ID of the Assurance session you're using? Also, any cat logs you may have regarding the error could be very helpful too.

Pls chk your application logs to identify actual error. For us the error in connecting to Assurance session was due to version mismatch of Assurance package which was visible in application logs
