Data gaps between AEP and CJA

We are experiencing data gaps between AEP and CJA in our batch processing, data is getting loaded to AEP in batches but the same data w eare not seeing in the CJA. it really helps if we have any alerts in place whenever we are seeing any gaps in CJA.
