custom identity namespace not showed in data collection

Hi,

i need to map in the identity map (Data Element type) a custom identity with a custom namespace i previously created in AEP.

 

Why i'm not able to see it in data collection? 

I'm creating an identity map data element and the only namespace i see are the ones standard.

Does that happen on a non-production sandbox?

 

I remember an issue long time ago ...

Create the identity in the production sandbox (!) and then try again.

    Yes it is the dev sandbox. i'll try in the production one! thanks

    Yes, there is a UI limitation right now in that the tags interface only shows the identity namespaces from the Prod sandbox. If you are able to duplicate the same namespace in your Prod sandbox it will then appear and you can select it and use it with requests made to your dev sandbox.
