Bug with the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger

Hello,

For many days, i can't use the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger extension.
After login, as soon as i click on a tab, i have the following message :
"Something went wrong.

We're sorry but something has gone wrong and we are unable to show this section at the moment. Try using a different section or closing and re-opening the debugger window.

We've automatically been notified of the error but please reach out if this continues to occur".

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your answer.

For now, i cleared the application and it seems fine but if the issue strikes again, i will test your suggestion.

I remember experiencing something like this in the past but I can't remember what solved it.

 

But here are some suggestions:

 

  1. Reinstall the extension
  2. Ensure you clear your application data and local storage
  3. Enable the extension in incognito, try it in incognito
  4. Try another computer and see if the situation happens (isolate if the situation is on your computer or not)
  5. Try a different user that has similar permissions as you (with a combination of the above points as well)
