Android: no analytics data after signing the APP

Hi all

 

We have a strange behaviour for our Android APP.

 

All works well before signing the App and publishing in the store.

 

After publishing we see no more data in report suite, and app logs something like this..

Hi @peppetricky,

First of all can you please make sure that you have published the Launch configuration.

The above log means that SDK wasn't able to find the AppId, can you make sure if you are calling MobileCore.ConfigureWithAppId("YOUR_APP_ID_FROM_LAUNCH");.

Generally all the extension initialization related code (registering extension, configuration) is expected in .app file of the Application.

From the log it seems like SDK is unavailable to load or get the configuration. Can you share more details regarding your implementation. Are you using launch configuration or bundled JSON configuration. How is the logged in workflow different than the not logged in workflow. Thanks.

Abhadra, yes we are using Launch. We have no difference between logged in user and not logged in.
