Hello everyone,

Anyone can help me to understand how to track the selected option from the drop down [English, Chinese, Italian, etc].

Thanks

Luca

@luca_lattarini  - It depends on what you're trying to do.

  • Do you need to capture the information when it is selected, sending a call to Adobe any/every time the selection changes?
  • Do you need to capture the selected value when a form is submitted?
  • Could you capture the information on a subsequent page (such as a "success" or "confirmation" page)?
  • What business question are you attempting to answer with this information?

Each of the above scenarios provides different requirements, and different solutions.

@luca_lattarini How do you solve this? I also need to capture the drop down selection button... My dropdown is a native selection panel in iPhone, how can I track the selected option in panel?
