Adobe Launch [dtm] extension error

my team is having issues with the new adobe launch extension. when i debug in dev environment i am getting an error

Loading failed for the <script> with source “file:///extensions/EP143333dab9bb4582/AppMeasurement.min.js”.

Can someone pls suggest a way.

Its working now , i had re work on the AA extension.

The issue was AA didn't had the right config details.

Is your dev environment accessible outside your network?

If not, which extensions do you have installed? Have you published each of them to your dev library?
