Zip file thumbnail is not showing up in the list view in AEM 6.4 and it's showing in otherviews in DAM

Hi All,

Recently we have migrated from AEM 6.2 to 6.4,when we upload ZIP file to DAM some renditions are getting created and showing thumbnail image of the zip file in card view but when i change it to List view there thumbnail image not showing.

Yes, that is correct. Not even in column view.

Hello,

In list view, the ZIP file thumbnail view is not supported yet. Also, the ZIP archives have limited support in AEM. Please review the section " Supported Archive Formats"  here.

Is the ZIP file thumbnail view is supported in column view?

zip thumbnail view supported only in card view but not in other views. Is that correct?
