Hi All, 

What is the possible cause and fix for the alert "Your request could not be completed because you have been signed out. "?

This is caused by the session timeout which is configured in OSGI. Check [1] for more details. Increase the timeout to resolve the issue.

Hi @helen_dd 

 

How frequently you are getting this alert? If you would have inactive for longer duration you will get this alert as the session will not be valid.

Also have you made any changes to Sling Authentication Service ?
