Why doesn't the maven dependency com.adobe.granite:com.adobe.granite.ui.commons:jar:5.5.154-CQ600-B0004 unable to download ?

Hi Team,

I am trying to create the data source using this public artifactory https://repo.adobe.com/nexus/content/groups/public/com/adobe/granite/com.adobe.granite.ui.commons/5.5.154-CQ600-B0004/ doesn't seem like working. I am getting this exception while building the project.
