When downloading Office Documents using IE an Authentication Prompt is displayed

I use:
Adobe Experience Manager 6.1
Apache Server.

Use the AEM downloader component. https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-3/wcm/default_components.html#Download
Then a web user can download content without authenticating.
