what sort of access/profile do I need so I can add custom domains/manage pipelines in AEMaaCS?

as above. At the moment, I cannot add custom domains and I cannot add/edit pipelines.

 

This is what I see when I hover my mouse over the Add pipeline button

I have the following access for now (4 screenshots of my adminconsole access)

I just logged out and re-logged in. still the same

EDIT: I just logged in via private/incognito browser and same results.

 

This is what I see when I hover my mouse over the Add button when trying to create a pipeline.

I tried comparing your second screenshot with our deployment manager's profile and I still see Deployment Manager - Cloud service profile missing for you there. This is how it looks. So, I would say something is still missing in your case.

Can you request someone to add you as a Business owner as well for a short duration?

 

A user must have the Business Owner or Deployment Manager role to add a custom domain name in Cloud Manager, and you must be using the Fastly CDN.

Also, while logging in please assure you are using the right Enterprise profile  and not Adobe.

I have deployment manager in my profile (see last screenshot)
