What are the preferred acs commons and tools versions are preferred on AEM 6.4?

We are starting setup AEM 6.4,would like to know preferred acs commons and tools versions for AEM 6.4.

I am working on 6.4 and using version 3.15.2 and it works well. Just tested out the AEM fiddle tool
