We are using aem6.31. What are the precautions to be followed before OS upgrade.2. Any complexity if Adobe faces or heard from other clients to upgrade from windows server 2008 to 2019 and3. Initial setup of AEM was done by Adobe on windows server 2008, any setup steps for OS upgrade?4. What are the efforts, configurations changes and dependencies if there are any?

This is the OS Upgrade and you will need to follow the steps mentioned in the below article by Microsoft to upgrade the OS from 2008 to 2019.

Make sure to shut down the AEM application running on Windows machine before starting the OS Upgrade.

This upgrade will not have any impact on the AEM Application. Just ensure to use the correct version of Java.
