Hi - I was wondering if anyone know of a way to print a preview of a page/campaign. Basically, after we build the creative in AEM, we want to be able to preview and print it (before approvals/publishing) for internal reviews (e.g., proofing and what not), can anyone please advise? Thanks!
You can implement approve.reject workflow. The author would be initiating the workflow for a page and Reviewer group users will get notified in their AEM inbox for approving or rejecting. If One of the reviewer group user approves it, Final approver group users will get notified in the inbox. If rejected, Author will be notified. If Any one of the approver group users approves the content, page will be activated. If rejected, reviewer group users will get notified.
Also FYI.. you can use Annotation for reviewing Annotations when Editing a Page
