Hi,

I have configured Dynamic media in my AEM instance ( cloud version).

Applied "Adaptive Video Encoding" video profile to the folder and viewer presets are also published.

Can you please let us know what could be the reason that the video360_social and video360VR viewers options are not appearing?

I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

There are no errors in the network tab and console.

We can utilize all other Dynamic media components, but only "Video 360 Media" is not working for . video360_social and video360VR

Also enabled the run mode - dynamicmedia_scene7

Run Modes = [dynamicmedia_scene7, crx3, author, sdk, live, crx3tar]

Hi,

Hope you followed the all the steps mentioned in docs if not pls have a look https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/assets/dynamic-media/video/dynam...

Uploading assets for use with the video viewer

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/dynamicme...

Note:- Make sure that

              1.  Folder has added video profile to it (e.g.  out-of-the-box adaptive video encoding profile)

              2.  Original 360-degree video content is of 1080P or even 4K resolution

Thanks
