User search is not working in useradmin

Hi,

Unable to get newly created user in search while trying to assign permissions to newly created user in useradmin. But able to see newly created user in /home/users.

Could any one please help me on this issue.

Do you any console error or exceptions while searching for user?

First thing first, you need to save the changes once done.

Next is the access to assign the permissions to the user. Please make sure you are having the required access. Last but not least the keyword you search for is also important. Try using the first name or last name or email id.

If all the above things do not work, please check in the log for the error.

Given all valid details and saved the changes. Newly created user is not getting in user admin so unable to provide permissions to it.
Able to see newly created user in crx/de under /home/users
