Uploading image in touch UI

In textimage component,while uploading the image file in classic UI its working fine,but in Touch UI the image file is not uploading,can you suggest the properties for uploading the image file

Properties do not have to be set to drag images from the content finder to the text/image component. Just drag the image - as shown here: 

Notice the image is dragged. Make sure that the component is in edit mode by clicking the pencil icon.
