Upgrade CQ5.5 to 5.6.1

I have installed CQ5.5 then followed the official upgrade http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/deploying/upgrading.html from 5.5 to 5.6.1

Below are errors present in my error.log after restart,
has anybody performed such an upgrade,
how do I resolve these errors,
any advice is welcome:

File a daycare ticket and request for cq-5.6.1-hotfix-3106.zip Installing it should resolve wiki issue

Hotfix cq-5.6.1-hotfix-3106.zip did remove the wiki errors.

Are you getting the message one time then you can ignore. Because the bundle was searching for service which are not active but after some time both the service may be active.  Restart the system & verify.

If issue still persist use the tool [1] and verify. To daycare upload the zip file from http://<host>:<port>/system/console/config & assigned specialist will do the needful.

Also update daycare in case you are using linux 64 bit OS.
