Unable to start AEM on Windows

When I try to start AEM from command line. I get below message and terminates.

 

"Can not determine process id of java.exe! No new entry present."

 

I made sure that no other application is running on port 4502. I tried running on different ports but still I get the same error.

Also I dont see any process running from any other account.

Have you checked below post ? Similar error

 

Important steps to follow:

  • Correct JDK version is installed (i.e. JDK11 for AEM 6.5)
  • Environment variable pointing to JDK version
  • AEM author and publish to run on different ports
