Unfortunately you don't show which user you are using to do that. In your case /etc/blueprints is protected with ACLs (but it's unclear if it's affecting your the user you are using), so you should check that first.

 

And of course with AEM 6.4 the repo layout has changed a bit ... see the other response.

Hi,

 

In AEM 6.5 you can access msm in below path and you can find them under /apps/msm instead of etc 

 

/libs/wcm/msm/gui/content/blueprintconfig.html
