Unable to see correct exam registration on psi dashboard

Hi,

 

On 31 May 2022 , I got M103591273 as the confirmation number for exam AD0-208 scheduled for 26 Jun 2022 on psiexams site. But it is not reflecting anywhere in the dashboard on PSI site, also there is no direct link in the confirmation mail received from where to launch my exam.

Instead, the confirmation number is showing as incorrect one - M106997660 and status : "Ready to Schedule", why is that so?

 

Upon checking with PSI team on direct call, they told that it is because I have 2 Adobe accounts, and I need to get them merged for the correct registration to show up on psi dashboard. I had used mehak.salhotra@accenture.com for this time.

 

Please help with this asap, as only 3 days are left for my exam.

For your adobe ID issue please contact the support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/support.html
Virtual chat assistant is also very effective where you can chat with the support personnel.

Also, this wouldn't be the right community to discuss such issues, I would recommend you to reach out to https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account.html click on the contact link under, "combine multiple adobe ids"

I have already sent the mail to support group & also had a chat session. Hopefully it will be resolved soon!
