Hi, We are unable to login to Package share on QA, Stage and Prod but we are able to login on local and dev box using the same credentials. Our Servers are managed by AMS. I think Adobe has deliberately blocked that login on higher environments but still i am not sure. HTTP ERROR 500 Problem accessing /crx/packageshare/login.html. Reason:     Server Error Caused by: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Deserialization not allowed for class org.apache.http.impl.auth.BasicScheme (on Wed Sep 18 18:13:00 UTC 2019) at org.kantega.notsoserial.DefaultNotSoSerial.preventDeserialization(DefaultNotSoSerial.java:256) at org.kantega.notsoserial.DefaultNotSoSerial.onBeforeResolveClass(DefaultNotSoSerial.java:248)

Hello,

If you are able to login to web console, then check following:

1. Search and open Deserialization Firewall Configuration (com.adobe.cq.deserfw.impl.DeserializationFirewallImpl)

2. In the whitelist field, confirm if the "org.apache.http.impl.auth" is there. If not, add this to whitelist field and click Save

3. Make sure the package is not mentioned in the blacklist.

Vishu

Thanks, Yes this configuration is not there in "Deserialization Firewall Configuration" on higher environments.

It will be a great help if you suggest why Adobe has explicitly remove that from higher environment. Regards, Chirag S.

Hello Chirag,

We are not sure if it was removed by Adobe or got mistakenly removed by someone. I suggest you raise a daycare ticket so we can investigate by involving your CSE.
