Unable to generate EPS thumbnails on AEM with Image Magick

We have Image Magick installed on AEM but are unable to see thumbnail preview of EPS files. I have attached screenshots of what our settings look like on Image Magick. 

 

Can someone please provide me with any info on what needs to get fixed or changed so we can preview EPS files?

Hi Tam,

 

Do you see any exceptions in your author logs?

    I am not sure where the author logs are?
