Unable to edit text in Classic UI

We have some users who cannot edit components in Classic UI.

However, I am able to edit these components just fine.

I have tried:

- Granting exact same permissions as my account.

- Granting full admin group permissions to these users.

- Clearing the users' browser cache and cookies.

Are there any other suggestions for what I might try to resolve this issue?

We are using AEM 6.2

The reason we are going back to Classic UI is simply to utilize the rich text editor's image drag and drop capability which seems absent in the current version of Touch UI.

We figured out a solution.

We noticed that the affected users were missing a 'profile' node of resourceType 'cq/security/components/profile' inside their respective node in /home/users folder in crx.

So we just added that node in and classic UI was working again.

Can you please check the error in error.log for those cases?
