As per [Adobe | Announcement] Oracle JDK support for AEM We are required to download the Java SE 11 SDK from the Adobe site rather than Oracle.
The link provided in the Announcement is http://www.adobeaemcloud.com/ but when I login with my Adobe ID I am unable to use any of the features of the site or access anything to download the Java files.
I receive a message saying "You will be receiving an email shortly from Adobe with a link to login with your Adobe ID credentials." but no email has appeared.
Am I missing something? IS there someone I can contact to provide access to the correct Java files for use with AEM?
Thanks

I tried to update my answer
Yes I tried Incognito mode with 2 different IDs with the same result.
I'll review the troubleshooting page and if that does not help then I'll raise a ticket
Thanks for your help!

erics30421587 for Java11 you may download from [1]. If you need Java 8 then please log a Daycare ticket.

But that results in a 404 Not Found. It goes to a "Sign in with your Adobe Id" screen for a second then straight to the 404 page.
The Not Found page looks to be the default 404 page

Hmm then perhaps it's an issue with your Adobe ID? or Browser caching. Perhaps try Incognito Mode or different browsers.
Otherwise, you can raise a Daycare ticket if you have an immediate need for the files.
