Unable to Deploy to Dev - Non-production pipeline in AEM as Cloud

Hi Team,

We have ran the AEM cloud pipeline with no commits and no code changes. Build and code scanning is getting complete and NON-PROD DEPLOYMENT getting failed and please find attached the logs and the sandbox information

Hello @samara271,

From your explanation, I assume a previous build (and deployment) was successful on the same code base and no config change has been made after that. In such case you can do that following:

-  you can raise support ticket to ask Adobe to look into it 

-  for future, you can keep an eye on https://status.adobe.com/#/ just to be aware of any planned maintenance in advance

Can you please verify following ?

- Has there been an AEM update on the environment? Or is it trying to update the env with the build?

- Are the logs saying anything specific about which index has issue?

- Do you have any custom index? If yes, does the env have higher index from the custom one?

- Please assure replication queues are clear

Hello @samara271 ,

Please try and uncheck the "AEM Guides" checkbox while building and deploying the pipeline. You can find the "AEM Guides" checkbox inside "Edit Program" section under "My programs" of your sandbox.

If you haven't done any customize changes and commit, then this issue may be happening due to an internal issue in Adobe with "AEM Guides". I am adding a screenshot just to show where the checkbox is. After unchecking the checkbox, build the environment, it should build and deploy without a trouble.
