unable to clear publish queue

While trying to publish/replicate we had some of the contents added to the queue which we are unable to clear the queue please can you suggest the  steps.

attached the screen shot.

AEM version:5.61.

Unable to view the video.Even after clicking join community the link does not take us to the view.
