Unable to access http://localhost:4502/crx/explorer/index.jsp

Hi,

I've just freshly installed an author instance.

However, I'm unable to access the page. This is the error I'm getting trying to access the link.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Can you restart the instance via start.bat file and open crx/explorer once you get the below message in the command prompt.

*INFO * [main] Startup completed

Try this and let me know if you still facing the same issue.

I have tried running it that way but that didn't solve the issue..

Are you able to access system/console and other windows in aem .

All of the other pages including the crxde and package manager runs fine. Only the content repository extreme doesn't load.

Is there a index.jsp file I can access in the local file system?

You can try recompiling the JSPs from host:port/system/console/slingjsp to see if helps.

In case you still see the issue, please raise a support ticket here : https://daycare.day.com/home/createaticket.html to investigate the NullPointerException.

host:port/system/console/slingjsp (and sling.jsp) redirects me to host:port/system/console/bundles
