Touch UI Dialogs Intermittently Not Saving Data After Modernization from Classic UI

Working with a client running Classic UI dialogs on AEM6.5.6. We are going through the modernization effort, however, since there are a number of custom xtypes, we created a fork of the modernizer tool and update the code to provide additional support for these custom widgets. Going through UAT, the client has found random cases where the dialogs will not save the content. It is not one specific component dialog creating the issue as it is happening across a number of the modernized components. There are errors in the console, however, these same errors exist when it does work. Any help is appreciated.
