there is requirement to show workflow title and description under AEM inbox notification popover but in AEM CMS it's NOT visible.

when we run the workflow each process step is shown in AEM inbox notification popover . but when we deploy same code in AEM cloud. we are not getting any workflow related notification in AEM inbox notification popover. it's only shows inbox count in the bottom as show in the below. is there any why we can get inbox notification in this bell icon notification popover programmatically? similar way how the non-cloud version shows ? 

please find the below reference for the same 

AEM -local - where we are getting the workflow related notification 

 

AEM- cloud - where we are not seeing any workflow related notification except inbox link in the bottom

You can manage your notification settings from experience cloud console.

    we went though this with enabling all combinations but still workflow related notifications are not showing up in AEM-cloud notification popover
