I have a problem accessing AEM.
I try with my devices, a Lenovo laptop and a Macbook pro, I tray with ethernet cable and with wi fi.
Every time when I enter my username and password, while I am writing, the page refreshes and the
initial login button appears again.
I have tried with edge, chrome and safari.
I tried to remove my corporate vpn.
I also tried to connect to an incognito page but the same thing happens.
Can you help me?

Can you confirm, if you are accessing login screen via dispatcher? Check with other users is it the same for them. If yes ask your admin team to Clear cache directory.

I don't know what a dispatcher is, but my volleaguer can log in and I can't.
Initially they had the same problem, but selecting creative cloud access ad corporate makes them join AEM, not to me, even though I set everything up ad them. 😞
