The last part in AEM Remote REACT SPA tutorial is not working for me

I've almost finished AEM Remote REACT SPA tutorial using AEMaaCS SDK.

 

The last part - "Dynamic routes and editable components" is not working for me though

I don't see the SPA page loaded in my local AEM after completing all steps.  The page in AEM is blank. 

 

Could you confirm that all steps are correct, and a routed page should be loaded in AEM for the editing?
