Yes. Among the software I used (Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD), I find adobe XD to be top-notch and I would recommend it.

you can have a free trial of Adobe XD and also use Figma for free.

    Please checkout at [1] where you can download a UI kit of AEM core components for Adobe XD. If you start with it, you can build the most compatible templates which can be best aligned with core components.
