When order generated, task would be created at the same time. When the task/job is complete, the process complete and would disappear from the job queue.
However, few weeks ago we started to find jobs still in the queue after order's completed. I have a work around to manual terminate the related process in AEM Admin UI. Does anyone know how to fix this problem please? Thanks.

What kind of jobs/tasks are you referring here, Can you provide more details?
Our workflow has defined routes for each order and there would be job/task associates with it, being it manual or auto processing. It is the task in the job queue that does not get removed after processing, even though order status get updated. I attached the workflow here.
